隐私政策 · Privacy

处理的数据与目的。待核查文字用于联网搜索和生成核查结果；内容哈希和结果缓存用于避免重复调用；假名化邮箱和用量记录用于登录、额度与反滥用；反馈、客服和举报用于人工复核；订单记录用于履约、税务、争议和反欺诈。最近6条原文仅保存在用户设备，可随时清除。我们不出售个人信息，不用于定向广告。

Data and purposes. Claim text is processed for web search and fact-check generation; hashes and short-lived caches prevent duplicate calls; pseudonymized email and usage records support sign-in, quotas, and abuse prevention; feedback, support, and reports support human review; order records support fulfillment, tax, disputes, and fraud prevention. The latest six claim texts stay only on the device and can be cleared. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

服务提供方。阿里云百炼/Qwen处理核查输入并执行联网检索；阿里云DirectMail发送登录验证码；Dodo Payments作为独立支付与税务服务方处理结账、付款、收据及退款；OpenAI Sites及其云基础设施提供商（包括Cloudflare）提供托管、网络和数据库。支付卡完整信息不会进入TruthScale服务器。第三方按照其自身条款和隐私政策处理数据。

Processors and providers. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio/Qwen processes claims and web search; Alibaba Cloud DirectMail sends sign-in codes; Dodo Payments independently handles checkout, payment, receipts, tax, and refunds; OpenAI Sites and its cloud infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, provide hosting, networking, and database services. Full payment-card details do not reach TruthScale servers. Providers also process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

跨境、依据与权利。因用户所在地、所选区域及服务商基础设施不同，数据可能在居住地以外处理。正式面向要求单独同意、安全评估、标准合同或其他传输机制的地区运营前，运营者必须先完成相应程序。本服务按履行用户请求、同意、合法安全利益和法定义务处理数据（以适用法律为准）。用户可申请访问、更正、删除、撤回同意、限制或反对处理、获取副本并申诉。

Transfers, grounds, and rights. Depending on location, selected region, and provider infrastructure, data may be processed outside the user’s residence. Before production use in a jurisdiction requiring separate consent, assessment, standard clauses, or another transfer mechanism, the operator must complete that mechanism. Subject to applicable law, processing relies on performing the requested service, consent, legitimate security interests, and legal obligations. Users may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, restriction, objection, portability, and review.

保留与删除。过期核查缓存和验证码每日清理；限流记录最多45天；服务事件最多90天；已解决客服请求最多365天；公开报告保留至发布者删除账户或因纠错、隐私、版权或法律原因下线。删除账户会删除关联公开报告、会员、验证码、额度和客服记录；付款记录仅在法律、税务、争议和反欺诈所需期限内假名化保留。

Retention and deletion. Expired caches and codes are cleaned daily; rate-limit records remain up to 45 days, service events up to 90 days, and resolved support up to 365 days. Public reports remain until account deletion or removal for correction, privacy, copyright, or legal reasons. Account deletion removes linked public reports, membership, codes, quota, and support records; payment records remain pseudonymized only as needed for legal, tax, dispute, and fraud duties.

安全与事件。我们采用服务端密钥、传输加密、访问控制、假名化、限流和日志最小化。任何网络服务都无法保证绝对安全；发生依法需要通知的数据事件时，将按适用法律通知监管机构和受影响用户。

Security and incidents. We use server-side secrets, encrypted transport, access control, pseudonymization, rate limits, and minimized logs. No online service is perfectly secure. Legally reportable incidents will be notified to regulators and affected users as required.

AI透明度 · AI Transparency

所有自动核查结果均明确标记为“AI生成合成内容、未经人工审核”，并包含模型提供方信息。百分比是五档证据强度标签，不是统计概率、事实裁决或专业意见。系统可能遗漏、误读、偏置或引用过时内容；用户必须核对原始来源。公开报告不得移除或掩盖AI标识。

Automated results are clearly labeled “AI-generated content, not human-reviewed” and identify the model provider. Percentages are five evidence tiers—not probabilities, factual rulings, or professional advice. The system can omit, misread, bias, or cite outdated information. Users must review original sources and must not remove or obscure AI labels from public reports.

用户协议 · Terms

本服务仅限18岁及以上用户。用户仅可提交具有合法依据、适合公开信源核查的内容；不得提交身份证号、住址、私密通信、未公开健康或财务数据，不得实施诽谤、人肉搜索、骚扰、歧视、违法监控、司法取证、自动化滥用、绕过额度或干扰服务。用户对其输入和发布内容拥有必要权利并承担责任。

The service is for users aged 18 or older. Submit only lawful claims suitable for checking against public sources. Do not submit identity numbers, addresses, private communications, non-public health or financial data, or use the service for defamation, doxxing, harassment, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, forensic evidence, automated abuse, quota evasion, or disruption. Users are responsible for having the necessary rights to their inputs and publications.

医疗、法律、投资、人身安全、就业、信贷、保险、执法和个人名誉事项不得仅依据本服务作出决定。不得把结果冒充政府、法院、媒体、医生、律师或其他专业机构的正式认定。

Do not use the service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, credit, insurance, law-enforcement, or reputational decisions, or present results as an official determination by a government, court, newsroom, doctor, lawyer, or other professional body.

公开报告、版权与下架 · Public Reports

核查内容默认私密。普通网站访问中，仅已登录用户主动选择“发布公开报告”并单独确认后，输入、结论和证据链接才会公开并可能被搜索引擎收录。免费私密商店版不显示发布入口，服务端也拒绝来自原生容器的发布请求。发布接口会拦截明显邮箱、电话和身份证号，但自动过滤无法发现所有风险。每份公开报告均提供无需登录的隐私、名誉、版权和违法内容举报入口，由人工处理；紧急人身风险应同时联系当地紧急服务。

Claims are private by default. During ordinary website access, only a signed-in user’s separate publication confirmation makes a claim, verdict, and evidence links public and potentially indexable. The free private store edition shows no publication action, and the server rejects publication requests from native containers. Publication blocks obvious email, phone, and identity-number patterns, but automated filtering cannot detect every risk. Every public report offers a no-login channel for privacy, reputation, copyright, and illegal-content notices for human review. Contact local emergency services for imminent safety risks.

用户授予运营者仅为展示、分发、纠错和下线公开报告所必需的非独占许可；用户保留其合法权利。第三方来源的版权归原权利人，本服务仅提供标题、摘要和链接，不授予复制第三方全文的权利。

Users grant the operator a non-exclusive license only as needed to display, distribute, correct, and remove public reports; users retain their lawful rights. Third-party sources remain owned by their rightsholders. Titles, summaries, and links do not authorize copying full third-party works.

会员服务 · Membership

普通网站访问中，游客每天1次、免费基础会员每天3次、专业会员每天20次新核查；30分钟相同内容缓存不重复计次。网站专业会员为中国大陆人民币19.9元/30天、国际4.9美元/30天，一次购买、不自动续费，税费、币种和可用付款方式以Dodo Payments结账页为准。第一版移动商店应用固定为免费私密版：游客每天1次、登录账户每天3次，不显示或开放数字会员价格、外部结账、站外购买或公开报告发布；网站已有付费权益不会在该商店版本中解锁额外次数。

During ordinary website access, guests receive 1, Free Basic members 3, and Pro members 20 new checks per day; a 30-minute identical-claim cache does not consume another check. On the website, Pro costs CNY 19.9/30 days in mainland China or USD 4.9/30 days internationally as a one-time, non-renewing purchase; taxes, currency, and payment methods appear at Dodo Payments checkout. The first mobile-store release is fixed to the free private edition: guests receive 1 and signed-in accounts 3 checks per day, with no digital-membership price, external checkout, call to purchase elsewhere, or public-report publishing. Existing website Pro access does not unlock extra checks in this store edition.

取消、退款与责任限制 · Refunds & Liability

一次性方案无需取消续费。除适用法律另有要求、重复或未经授权扣款、或服务长期不可用外，已开始提供的当期数字服务通常不按剩余天数折算退款。强制性消费者权利不受本条限制。

The one-time plan has no renewal to cancel. Except where law requires, for duplicate or unauthorized charges, or extended unavailability, an active digital-access period is generally not prorated. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

在适用法律允许范围内，本服务按现状提供，不保证任何结论完整、准确或持续可用；对超出可合理预见范围的间接损失不承担责任。任何排除或限制均不适用于法律禁止排除的责任，包括因故意或重大过失造成的责任及法定消费者权利。

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is without guaranteeing completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability, and excludes unforeseeable indirect loss. No exclusion applies where prohibited, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct and mandatory consumer rights.

纠错、投诉与联系 · Corrections & Contact

结果页可提交“需改进/申诉”；公开报告页可提交隐私、名誉、版权或违法举报；登录用户可在账户中心提交访问、更正、删除、付款或技术请求。高传播、高风险、涉及未成年人、人身安全或个人名誉的事项优先人工复核。法律联系：truthscale2026@gmail.com。

Use “Needs work / Appeal” on results, the notice form on public reports for privacy, reputation, copyright, or illegal-content concerns, and the Account Center for access, correction, deletion, billing, or technical requests. 政策发生实质变更时将更新生效日期，并在法律要求时另行通知或重新征得同意。适用法律和争议管辖以运营主体所在地、用户所在地强制性规则及双方有效约定为准，不排除用户依法向监管机构或法院寻求救济。

Material changes update the effective date and, where required, trigger notice or renewed consent. Applicable law and forum depend on the operator’s location, mandatory rules in the user’s location, and any valid agreement, without limiting lawful remedies before regulators or courts.
