我们如何核查一条说法
TruthScale 是AI辅助事实核查工具，不是法院或权威机构。我们的目标是让判断过程可见、证据可复核、不确定性被明确表达。
1. 拆解可核查主张
把标题或传闻拆成具体的人物、时间、地点、行为和数据，区分事实陈述、观点、预测与讽刺内容。
We break a claim into checkable people, dates, places, actions, and figures, separating factual assertions from opinion, prediction, and satire.
2. 优先寻找一手来源
优先核对原始文件、机构公告、完整讲话、官方数据和当事人公开回应，再用独立可靠报道交叉验证。
We prioritize original documents, institutional releases, full statements, official data, and first-hand responses, then cross-check independent reporting.
3. 五档证据强度
100%证据确凿；75%大致可信；50%无法证实；25%大概率不实；0%明确虚假。百分比是固定证据档位，不是数学概率。
Our five evidence tiers are 100 Verified, 75 Mostly credible, 50 Unverified, 25 Likely false, and 0 False. They are evidence tiers, not mathematical probabilities.
4. 宁可承认不知道
如果没有至少两个可复核来源，系统强制回落到50%“无法证实”。没有找到证据，不等于已经证明为假。
Without at least two reviewable sources, the result falls back to 50 Unverified. Absence of evidence is not proof that a claim is false.
5. 纠错与人工复核
用户可以对结果提出申诉。高传播、高风险和涉及个人名誉的争议优先人工复核，处理状态可在会员账户中查看。
Users can appeal a result. High-reach, high-risk, and reputational disputes receive priority human review, with status visible in the member account.
