本页面是 TruthScale 网站、iOS、Android 和 HarmonyOS 应用的公开账户删除说明。登录后可以在应用内直接完成，不需要另外发送邮件。
This is the public deletion guide for the TruthScale website and its iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS apps. After signing in, you can complete deletion in the app without sending a separate email.
操作步骤 · Steps
- 登录。从 TruthScale 首页使用账户邮箱登录。Sign in from the TruthScale home page with the email used for the account.
- 打开账户中心。选择“账户、客服与隐私设置”。Open “Account, support & privacy.”
- 确认删除。在“永久删除账户”区域输入
DELETE，再点击删除按钮。In “Permanently delete account,” enterDELETEand select the deletion button.
删除范围 · What deletion removes
删除会移除会员身份、账户额度记录、验证码、客服请求，以及由该账户发布的公开报告。本设备中的最近核查历史保存在浏览器或应用本地，可在设备上清除或通过卸载应用移除。
Deletion removes membership, account quota records, verification codes, support requests, and public reports published by that account. Recent-check history is stored locally in the browser or app and can be cleared on the device or removed by uninstalling the app.
付款记录如依法需要用于税务、争议和反欺诈，只在必要期限内以假名化形式保留；完整支付卡资料不会进入 TruthScale 服务器。
Payment records remain pseudonymized only for legally required tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention periods. Full payment-card details do not reach TruthScale servers.
无法登录或需要支持 · Support
如果仍能登录，请在账户中心选择“账户问题”或“隐私与数据”提交请求。无法登录时，可使用法律与隐私联系邮箱，并注明账户邮箱及“账户删除”；请勿发送验证码、密码、身份证件或支付卡资料。
If you can still sign in, submit an “Account” or “Privacy & data” request in the Account Center. If you cannot sign in, contact the legal and privacy address and include the account email plus “account deletion.” Never send verification codes, passwords, identity documents, or card details.
